Payton Construction Inc. is currently in search of a motivated individual to fill the role of a general construction foreman with the opportunity for advancement.
The daily task for this position are:

Leading a crew of 3 to 4 skilled laborers

General up keep of company truck and tools
-
Basic math and layout
-
Reading construction drawings and details
-
Concrete Forming, Placing, and Finishing
-
Rebar installation
-
Mechanical Pipe installation
-
Equipment Operation
-
Supervision of daily equipment maintenance
-
Water facility equipment installation
-

Normal Hours are Monday thru Friday, 7AM to approximately 4:30 PM
Job Sites range all around the San Antonio and Austin areas and projects can last anywhere from 3 months to 1 and a half years.
Foreman must be willing to lead by example, meaning they are responsible to help the skilled laborers install work and perform physically demanding task.
Individuals who qualify for this job must have a valid drivers license and have construction experience with concrete, piping, or civil work. If you do not have experience in all three areas you must be willing to learn those skills.
